Our private rooms are designed to help you relax, and you can even order food while you’re here, making your time with us as enjoyable as possible. The experience is just as important as the style, and we’re here to make sure you feel at ease from start to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We require appointments in advance so that your stylist can prepare and provide the best service tailored to your needs. We take our time to ensure a personalized experience for each client.

 

Do you offer consultations before starting a new style?
Yes, we currently offer consultations for natural hairstyles and extension services. You can book a 30-minute virtual consultation for $25, which will be applied to your service if you decide to proceed with booking. Please note that consultations are not available for braided styles.

 

Can I bring my own products?
While we encourage the use of our products, which are included in the price of your service, you are welcome to bring products that you prefer. However, please keep in mind that your stylist reserves the right to refuse the use or application of any products they deem harmful or inconsistent with our brand ethos. Bringing your own products does not alter the price of the service.

 

Can I bring my own extensions?
We provide 1B stretched hair complimentary for all braiding services. If you would like a specific color or texture for your braiding style, you will need to provide it. This does not reduce the price of the service. Clients are responsible for bringing extensions for all natural hair extension (non-braided) services.

 

How long does it take to complete styles like braids or twists?
The duration for each style varies. Please refer to the estimated times listed in the booking link for specific styles.

 

What’s the best way to prep my hair before my appointment?
All of our natural hair services include a wash. However, braided styles must be completed on clean, blow-dried hair. We offer this service, so please refrain from coming in with unclean hair, as we will have to refuse your service, and cancellation fees will apply.

 

Do you offer treatments for hair growth or scalp care?
Yes, we offer these services as add-ons, which you can find in the add-on section when booking your appointment.

 

Do you offer services for transitioning from relaxed to natural hair?
Yes. Please consult with your natural hairstylist to discuss the best approach for achieving your hair goals.

 

How do I know which style is best for my hair’s texture?
We recommend scheduling a virtual consultation with a natural hairstylist to help determine the best style for your hair texture.

 

Do you do kids' natural hair and braiding services?
Yes, we provide services for children’s natural hair and braiding as well.
